Each handset boasts a large 1.6'' blue backlit display, which makes navigating through the intuitive menus easier. The BT 2500 are also Caller ID enables cordless phones, so, if you subscribe to this service with your line provider you will be able to see the number (or name if the call is from one of the 50 entries stored in the phonebook) of who is calling you; and scroll through details on your last dialled, received, and missed calls.
Managing your missed calls is made easy with an in-built answer machine on the base of the BT 2500. A recording time of 20 minutes will reliably take messages when you're not available to answer your phone, and you can listen to messages using the controls on the base or from one of the cordless handsets.
