Shop & Local Service - We are still open and offering our full local service and delivery to customers up until 12 noon on 24th December 2025. We re-open as normal on the 2nd January 2026.

We deliver within the UK only. To calculate delivery costs, please add the item to your basket and enter your post code.

• Delivery is typically 1 to 3 days. Over 90% of orders are delivered the next working day when ordered before 11am.
• Orders will be processed and dispatched on the same day or next working day.
• Deliveries are either by Courier (Fedex, Parcelforce or Royal Mail - Tracked) or Royal Mail 48 Tracked for small items. You will receive full notifications of your package's journey directly from the courier, with options for safe place, deliver to neighbour or change delivery date if required. 
• Local deliveries (Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire & Carmarthenshire) will be delivered directly by one of our drivers.
• Friday Evening & Weekend orders will not be processed until Monday.

Large white & brown goods are only available for delivery in Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire & Carmarthenshire. Delivery within these areas are free of charge and we'll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Everhot Cookers & Stoves These are made to order & available for delivery Nationwide.

Installation charge applies for Washing Machines and Cookers - Charges vary on uplift of items.
